Almost a week after VE Day, we flew over the iconic Tower of London, where thousands of red poppies were still on display, each one a poignant symbol of remembrance. Seeing this from above, with the historic fortress surrounded by the modern skyline, was a breathtaking reminder of London’s rich past and vibrant present.
